  • Smalltown Apparel Transfers is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 
  • Smalltown Apparel Transfers is not responsible for transfers transferred incorrectly, or for any damages that occur to your prints or your tshirts once you apply them to your product, please see tshirt instructions before you press. 

  • All Sales are FINAL.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. 

    Damages and issues 

    Upon delivery, please inspect your items and contact us within 72 hours if your items are defective or damaged. If you are missing items or received the wrong items, please contact us.

    If an order gets returned to us due a wrong address being entered during checkout, you are responsible for shipping costs for us to reship the items.
